This program is great for the athlete looking for the complete program with little assistance. Follow along with our Competitor Athletes but made with adjustments for any skill level. Program includes: programming with light coaching, warm ups/movement prep, accessories, and video of exercises. Skills/Experience recommended: Powerlifting/Olympic lifting experience, low skilled gymnastics (strict pull ups, strict hspu, etc). Intermediate/Advance Equipment needed: Barbell, DBs/KBs, box, bench, pull up bar, jump rope, rower/assault bike (not necessary but can be substituted for running.) Typical duration of sessions: 60-90min
